What more could a girl want!!
Well there is a lot a girl would want but today was a good day. Brooke and I got to go to the scrapbook expo. Yes I said scrapbook expo!! If you are a scrapbooker you know that is like a kid in a candy shop. The best part of the day was we got to go with no kids. No it was not my birthday but it was almost as fun. We had a great time and got lots of good idea's. My goal right now is to get my cruise pictures scrapbooked in the Disney cruise album. There is so much Disney stuff it is not funny.
Here are some of the website's for a few of my favoite booths:
www.bindysbackyard.com
www.eyeletoutlet.com
Now if only I can find some time to work on my scrapbooks. Oh well can't get everything right?

Who took Jackson?
I have something great to brag about. Jackson has been going through a phase. He has been throwing a fit when ever take him to school or leave him. I don't mean just a little crying, oh no. He will throw a full blown fit. So we were taking him to school and peeling him off us then leaving. He will usually scream and cry while rolling around on the floor till he decided to get up and join his class. But a few days ago we got info about the tee ball team Jackson is on this year. We made the rule that if you don't go to school then no tee ball. We thought that would be enough but yesterday proved me wrong. So yesterday I worked which left the task to Mamaw and Papaw. So they got ready to take Jackson to school and he decided that if his nose was bleeding he did not have to go. So he proceeded to hit himself in the nose to make it bleed and bleed it did all the way to school. So I tell you this because I was dreading taking him to school today because of yesterday. So we made to deal that if Jackson went to school with no fuss then I would sit in my car and wait. I know a really crazy idea but at this point what ever works. So I walked Jackson on class gave him a kiss and turned and walked very fast out of the building. I let out a sigh because he did it! I did not have to peel him off me and was there not any crying.
So after sitting in the parking lot of his school for 2 1/2 hours I went up to the door to pick him up. He ran out gave me a big hug and showed me his sticker he got. Mrs. Erin said he had a great day. OK were is my son and what have you done with him was my only thought.

Happy Easter!!
I am going to start out by saying Happy Easter to all. It looks like a beautiful day that the lord has made today. I am sad to be stuck at work for most of it. But I can not complain because it is a very nice day at work.
This has been a very busy month but well worth it! The month started out with our Disney cruise. We had an awesome time. The weather was wonderful. The kids had a great time getting autographs from the characters ( yes Jackson loved the characters) and filling up their books. The Disney company has a way of making the kids feel so special. It was a much needed and deserved break from our lives. Well on our cruise we celebrated Maddi's 7Th birthday. My baby is 7 wow, where did the time go?
Soon after getting back we got that snow storm. It was really bad. But thank goodness we were all safe. Maddi had school on Friday when it started and it took them 1 1/2 hours to get her home from school. The roads were so bad then but even worst when it was time for me to go to work on Saturday morning. Mike drove me in or I would have never made it. The snow was fun after the roads got better. what better way to enjoy it then a trip to Kurt and Betty for some sledding. It is the best place ever because it is usually just us. But this time we invited Brookie, Mikey, and Mallory. What a great day we had.
After making it thought the 15 inches of snow it was time to get back to our real lives. I worked that weekend but Mike and Jackson's vacation was over. They went back to work and school on Tuesday. But it also was Jackson's turn for a birthday. He turned 5 on Tuesday March 11TH!!! March is a hard month on good me. We promised him his very own birthday party. He has only had one party of his own and that was his first birthday. It was his turn. So after finally deciding that he wanted a pirate party we had to get stuff together and fast. We decided that Sunday was our day due to another birthday party at the building on Saturday. Uncle Al's, he turned 60!! So Sunday was the big day for the party. It was a few little boys and their sisters for a couple hour of complete chaos. But boy was it fun.
This week we were on spring break. It was a normal week without school. So Mike and I worked and Mamaw and Papaw watched the kids. On Thursday my mom had a heart cath. She has had some chest pain a few weeks earlier and was in the hospital for a few days. The doctors did a heart cath to make sure nothing was wrong. I have to give thanks to god for answered prayers because her heart looked pretty good. A few minor blockages but nothing that they are worried about. We were all worried about the possibility of her having something major wrong.
Well this should give you idea what is happening around here the past month. Well after working on this for awhile I am done. I will close with a few parting pictures. I hope you enjoy them.
Sorry it took so long to publish this.
