I'm Back!!

I have to say I am very sorry to all my fans. I have not posted on my own blog in a long time. But as most of you know Maddi had surgery and we were blogging there instead. If any one wants to catch up here is Maddi's blog: http://www.maddigayle.blogspot.com/ .

So what has happened after Maddi's surgery. Well a few things. We got really bad or good news depends on my mood for the day. Our good friends Erin and Jonny Baker are moving. Jonny got a great job offer with Amazon.com but it is in Seattle, WA. I am so sad. But it is a blessing for their family. I will miss them so much. This gives her a great reason to start a blog of her own. Right Erin?

Maddi started back to school this week, well she went one half day. She was going to go for a full day on friday but they cancelled school. I also go back to work on Monday. I am so ready I miss my friends and the adult interaction. But will miss being here all the time.

One reason I am ready to go back to work is my family is sick. Well it started with Mike on Thursday. But Jackson woke up with it on Saturday Morning. He was running a fever and coughing. He threw up a few times in the car. I know yuck. That is what I said. Maddi had a fever before bed last night but seems fine today. Jackson just has not felt good all day.

We are taking a Disney Cruise for Maddi's make-a-wish. We decided that having passports were a good idea. So that is why I had my sick child in the car saturday morning. Here is a bit of info just in case anyone is in the same boat (LOL boat). OK, you do not as of this time need passports to walk, drive, or float out of or back in to the US. So we thought no need to get them but if someone on our trip get sick and needs to fly back you can't. You can not fly into the us without a passport. So we decided to get the passports. Also everyone has to be present to apply for passports. Mike and I had to both had to sign the kids forms in the post office. I guess I understand why but the kids get tired of standing in line and Jackson did not feel like standing in line. I felt bad for him.

Well I think I have said enough of nothing today. I will try to keep up from now on.
