I keep wishing!!

So this was one of my long weekends. I worked Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and have to work Tuesday evening. I feel like I have not seen my kids and after being going so much they miss me. I don't really know what they have been up to all day but it looks like they have had fun. My house is a mess. OK, my house is always a mess but after my long weekend it really is a mess. I am thankful for my father-in-law because he really does not mind helping. He usually cleans my kitchen up on Monday morning while he watches my kids. So that just leaves everything else for me. Maddi and Jackson did not learn at a young age to pick up after themselves. I am kicking myself for that one. Maddi tells me cleaning is so boring. That is thanks to a show on Noggin she watches. I think these show should be fun but also show them how to do laundry and pick up after themselves. If would be nice for me. But you see if they do that for kids there needs to be a show for husbands too. It could go something like this: So Bob just showed us how he shot this 12 point buck, what a beautiful animal. Next Bob will show us how he fights soap scum. I can keep wishing.
