When do we get our own room?

I am going to change my address to 700 Children's Dr. We were there again with yet another procedure. I am getting really tired of it but it has to be done. So today Maddi had dental work done. Normal dental work that you and I would go to the office for. But because Maddi has a CHD (congenital heart defect) and is allergic to a medication they usually give to sedate kids. She had to be done under general anesthesia in the main OR. Also she flipped out in the office and would not really let them look in her mouth. So to the OR we go. It is pretty funny when the nurses start to recognize you. They see lots of patient every day and they remembered us. We have to give them props because other than a bad anesthesiologist everyone has been wonderful.


So Maddi had 3 small cavities and 2 caps. OK the cavity thing is ok but the caps scare me. It is something I have never had or dealt with. They say the will just fall out with the tooth. But now I hit what if mode. Deep breath. OK, well other than that her teeth looked great. It made me feel better. So after a Popsicle and a glass of apple juice home we went. The only thing that was a little off today was that Maddi's O2 saturation were down a little. The normal person is around 95-100%. Maddi can run anywhere from 85-95%. For the last few months she has run 94% but today she was 88%. I hope it is nothing to worry but here comes what if mode again. I am going to run and get her pulse ox machine then to bed for us all.
