Home Alone

So home alone sounds great. Most of the time it is but today I am sad. It is the first day this school year that both of my babies are at school. Maddi goes all day and Jackson just goes 2 1/2 hours. So I have 2 hours to my self. Then pops up the question "What do I do with my time?" There are a lot of things I could do around my house. There is always laundry, dishes or cleaning. But it just does not sound right for today. I could go outside but it is a bit hot. I just might a take a nap. I feel like I deserve this time for what I want to do today. So after a quick rest, it was time for the bus to drop Maddi off, then to run and pick Jackson. It was nice to have time to myself but wow it goes so fast.



Happy birthday to you happy birthday to Papaw Phil. It is the seasons for birthdays for us. We went to my dad's for his 52ND birthday. The kids really going to papaw Phil's and grandma Elaine's house. It is always fun to go somewhere that feeds you nothing but sugar, hot dogs, and juice. Grandma and papaw run around like kids themselves play with my kids. It is great to watch. They also have a big pool for the kids to play in. Maddi is a water bug and would spend all day in the water if I would allow it. I am glad to say that Maddi and Jackson are truly blessed with great people in their lives.
